Yorozudaya’s Kitchen Car is a relatively new concept - with a definitive character rooted in locally and organically produced products, we were tasked with making furniture best suited to their overall identity.

Upcycling from a stock of wood parts in Sato Engawa, each component was planned to maximize the use of the available resource. Our handcrafted products mean we take no detail to chance as each edge was painstakingly hand sanded to make handling easier for the end-users.

 

The evenly spaced cuts of plywood make for a beautiful background for green merchandising. The natural adhesive is strong enough to hold the pieces together and the beeswax helped in sealing the wood while giving it a beautiful natural finish.
